Blue September: 736 km for the Prostate Cancer Foundation NZ

Blue September ride progress panel: 1,593 km ridden against a target of 1,472 km.

Update: I rode 1,593 km in September, more than double my original 736 km target. Together we raised $657 for the Prostate Cancer Foundation NZ, nearly 90% of the $736 goal. Thank you to everyone who gave, shared, or reminded someone to get checked.

September is Blue September, and this year I'm pairing a personal physical challenge with a cause that directly affects our communities across New Zealand.

Throughout this month, I will be cycling 736km to support the Prostate Cancer Foundation NZ.

Prostate cancer remains the most diagnosed cancer among Kiwi men. Funds raised during Blue September go directly toward:

  • Vital research into diagnosis and treatment
  • Community education and early detection awareness
  • Free, nurse-led support services for affected men and their families

I'd be incredibly grateful for your backing—whether that's through a donation to the page below, sharing this post, or simply reminding the men in your life to get checked.
